- Access: Request access to the personal data SolidHope holds about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate billing or RICA data.
- Objection: Object to processing (note that objecting may result in termination of your ISP services due to strict RICA communication mandates).
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data once your contract has terminated and all statutory financial retention periods (SARS 5-year requirement) have expired.
